There is an outdated ( RH ironsight [I've played with this and it excluded ironsights for some energy weapons which is why EVE is the only choice (for me). There are no other mods that add ironsights to all laser weapons. Critical strike (for energy weapons) death animations and SFX.Shooting SFX revamp (from pew pew to pzap pzap).High Resolution Reskin (for better or for worse it's HI RES now).First person ironsights (like their ballistic brethren).
